And now...introducing - The newest addition to our household! Ch. Allyndanes Blu Rhodeo aka Keelor (cute, huh?).

Born:    June 10, 1997

Finished on July 12, 1998 with a BOW in Okotoks, Alberta

We first met Keelor when he was about six and a half months old, on Boxing Day, 1997. He had been returned to Lisa from a family in Edmonton who were unable to keep him. After making Rob sick with renditions of "Puppy" through the ensuing evening, we discussed the possibility of getting a second Dane, and decided that it was time to give Mustafa a little canine company. Keelor arrived at the Willard's on January 2, 1998. We thought that he was going to be a big boy when we got him, but we may have underestimated just HOW large he was going to be...at just over 1 year old, he's now 36" at the shoulder and tips the scales at 150 lbs. (makes poor Mustafa look like a Chihuahua).

He finished at home in Okotoks with a point to spare, and got his first breed win in Medicine Hat on May 10, 1998. Cute as a button, and just as sweet (although a bit more energetic than his brother), we're very happy with him. He also is a living testament to his mommy, almost a carbon copy of Indy (her last litter), and when he smiles, you'd swear it's her smiling back at you.
